Catering applications for 2020 will open in November
Catering vendors are requested to email us for an application form and trading terms and conditions by emailing with a photograph/image of your trading unit and a sample menu.
As a rule we book different styles of food outlets for each trading pitch, offering the festival goers a wide choice of outlet options. Plus, giving you the trader, a fare trading opportunity.
Catering pitch fees vary depending on size of pitch and type of food being sold/offered. 2019 catering pitch fees will be between £800.00- £1000.00 inc. VAT for the duration of the festival.
Watchet LIVE allow/provide a single phase 16amp power supply per catering pitch, running fresh water which is located behind the catering area along with waste water containers. Plus a traders’ showers and toilets will be installed in the staff crew area. Extra power is available at an additional cost, ( charged per single phase 16amp supply, i.e 32amp , three phase supply is charged at 3 times the supply fee)
We prefer all catering traders to be NMTF or NCASS registered members!
Included in the pitch/trading fee is up to 4 staff passes, further staff passes can be purchased if required.
We will send you an application form along with a copy of the Charity Traders terms and conditions. Please add “Charity Stall Application” in the subject field of your email. Applications will close on 31st March 2020.
As well as supporting local charities and groups at Watchet LIVE we like to offer reduced priced pitch fee to local registered charities to either trade to raise funds for their cause or as an information stand to raise awareness of the cause. The pitch fee is decided on by the type of charity stall wishing to attend and will include two staff passes for the weekend. Extra staff passes if required can be purchased at £70.00 per person. Please note only weekend staff wristbands are supplied and cannot be handed over to different staff daily!
Space is limited. To apply please request an application form and when completed return with a letterhead stating the charitie’s registration number, and a copy of your employee and public liability insurance certificates as indicated on the application form. Terms and Conditions apply.
All pitches will be offered/allocated on the decision made by the Festival Market Manager.

The festival is always looking for bands/artists with original material or acts who offer a great performance with a unique twist on cover versions in their own style and are not often found performing in the local area.
All disc/emails are kept on file for future events.

Watchet LIVE welcome festival related market traders whose products reflect the festival excitement along with good service and good quality products. Please note we do not offer exclusivity to any market stall!
To trade at Watchet LIVE 2019 the pitch fees start from £350.00 (inc. VAT), including two staff pass (extra passes can be purchased at £70.00 per person – maximum of four ). Traders have a camping area behind their pitch within the festival arena. A 16amp 240v electric hook up is supplied as part of the pitch fee (for lights only) for traders stalls who do not need power £50.00 fee is deducted from the pitch fee.
Average daily attendance is in the region of 3500+ per day, with the evenings being the busiest trading times.
We like all our Market Traders to be registered and members of the National Market Traders Federation (NMTF), mainly to ensure you are a registered trader.
