3 Daft Monkeys
Celtic, Balkan, Gypsy, Latino, Cornish. All these influences and more are in evidence within 3 Daft Monkeys’ music. Far too diverse to be pigeonholed into 1 genre, and possessing a sound completely impossible to typecast into being a particular ”style“, 3DM traverse Dance, Dub, Punk, Reggae and Traditional Folk with ease, creating a stunning blend of upbeat, danceable music which despite all its world influences remains undeniably British
Angelo Starr and the Team

Born in Ohio on 4th July - brother of Edwin - Angelo's life has always been split between technology and music. He plays bass, drums, piano but his favourite instrument is voice or guitar. He has played from the age of 8 moving through violin and cello.
Musically The Team is his home-base band, but he also plays for Gwen Dickey, Alexander O-Neal, Lemar, The Funk Brothers and others.
His perfect day would be listening to music with melody, such as fusion jazz, George Duke etc. He likes books on technology and likes cycling. He has a wide palate, enjoying Chinese, Mexican and Indian food preferring iced tea as a beverage as he is teetotal. As a luxury he appreciates a quiet lifestyle.
Cornish Sinfonia

Feat. Tasha Leaper
From the 80's with 'Into the Groove' and 'Holiday', through the 90's with 'Beautiful Stranger' and 'Frozen', right up to the present day with 'Hung Up' and 'Sorry', the show is very much a 'Greatest Hits' experience and a must-see for any Madonna fan.

CuteLoony began as a 2-piece in Cornwall, playing popular Folk and Blues classics mixed in with original songs at local open-mic hotspots.
5 years on we are now a full band lead by female vocals with 12 string guitar, bass, drums and trombone. We performed nearly 70 times last year and already have many fun events organised for 2008
In the coming months we have the opportunity to play some very exciting gigs, supporting big names on the European circuit including Sian Evans from hit band KOSHEEN and AMYCANBE.
We have played on many stages all over the UK and in Italy including the infamous 100 Club in Oxford St, the legendary Moles Club in Bath, Bristol’s Ashton Court Festivals and Bath Fringe Festivals not to mention ‘La Festa Di L’Unita’ in Florence and Rome which pulls crowds of up to 10,000 people a night!
In the Summer of 2007 we were given preference over OASIS to record 4 more songs with Italian Producer Alessandro Massa at his studios in Rome.
We are a very popular act at Cabaret events - the Bristol Poetry Scene love us! We have performed for ‘Big Mouth Cabaret’ in Bristol and ‘Emporium’ in Bath. 2008 gives us the privilege to become a regular act at all ‘Thrice Nipple’ events in the future, all of which will be London stages.
Pondlife
Pondlife have performed extensively across the UK & Europe & have notched up nearly 1500 gigs over the past 12 years. They are well deserving of their nationwide reputation as one of the UK's top event bands.
They have performed in a variety of contexts, which include society weddings, parties, music festivals & corporate events for such high profile clients as the BBC & B.P.
As well as delivering the highest standard of musicianship, a Pondlife performance is fun, entertaining & packed with energy. The Pondlife repertoire is broad; they have an extensive range of material that allows them to cater for all tastes. Whether you would like to hear a current hit of the day or a song from years gone by, Pondlife will have something to please.
Wilderland
"Piercing his cheek with a drumstick at the age of three, Andy Souch was also a drummer in numerous punk bands in his teens. Maybe there's a connection, maybe not, but either way this former drummer for Circle of Hands maintains a fearlessly energetic approach to his music. He spoke with where2devon? about his recent musical challenges
Jankie Fardel
Jankie Fardel are a 5 piece Bridgwater band who play acoustic country/blues music with a heavy dose of traditional Irish folk at the root.
Fronted by Ben Allen on guitar and vocals, wrapped up in a folky mix of atmospheric Irish tin whistle, accordion, bodhran and fiddle, the band attracts an eclectic following ranging from young punks to old folkies and effortlessly switches from standards such as the Wild Rover and Whiskey in the Jar, to atmospheric moody laments sitting alongside country blues classics.
Los Albertos

Since their formation in late 2002, Los Albertos have been creating frenzy upon the dance floors and grassy fields of Europe with their inimitable foot-stompin’, brass-blarin’, and rip snortin’ high energy blend of ska, punk, funk, dub and original beats. Drawing upon a peculiarly twisted English humour (where The Comic Strip meets League of Gentlemen) this six-piece throw in some dynamite horn, guitar and drum action and invariably you end up with a band firing on all cylinders and on top of their game. Its dance music, Jim, but not as we know it…
